Requirements: 500ml whipping cream, 100g bavarois powder, 125g lukewarm water or juice. 

Preparations: Beat the whipping cream until it forms soft peaks. Mix the cream stabilizer with the water then carefully fold in the whipped cream with a spatula. Prepare immediately then place in the refrigerator to set for approximately 1 hour. Suitable for freezing.
